Uprzejmie informujemy, iż w związku z końcowym etapem przenosin systemu proDziekan do nowej technologii, od dnia 9 do 24 sierpnia 2025 roku system elektroniczny uczelni do obsługi spraw toku studiów oraz stypendiów nie będzie dostępny do modyfikacji danych oraz tworzenia wydruków dla pracowników uczelni.
W związku z powyższym, ze strony pracowników Dziekanatów (sekcji ds. studenckich), we wskazanym powyżej okresie, nie będzie możliwości dokonywania zmian, np. zmian danych osobowych, rozliczenia sesji, wydruku dokumentów w tym zaświadczeń, decyzji, wezwań oraz wysyłania komunikatów.
W celu uzyskania niezbędnych dokumentów należy zgłosić się Dziekanatu (sekcji ds. studenckich) na swoim wydziale –
przed terminem 9 sierpnia 2025 r. – bądź po 24 sierpnia 2025 r.
Dear Students,
We kindly inform you that in the final stage of transferring the proDziekan system to the new technology, from August 9 to 24, 2025, the electronic university system for the course of study and scholarships, will not be made available for modification of data and printouts for university employees.
Due to the above, employees of the dean’s office (secretariat for student affairs), during this period, will not be able to make changes to personal data, settle sessions, print documents, including certificates, decisions, summonses and send messages.
In order to obtain the necessary documents, please report to the dean’s office (secretariat for student affairs) at your faculty
by August 9, 2025 or after August 24, 2025
